I created an Email Address Group instead of having to select each individual address each time for an Email. If you have not done so yet, learn how to make and utilize address groups in your Yahoo Email Address Book.

I rarely Email to my Groups as much as I use to before. You see I was working as a Care Worker here with my friend Barbara, before I got back to a regular job at the Salvation Army. I got a sanctuary here, a bedroom with my stuff in it, including my Internet-connected computer. Thus, before I basically did my work from home here on the Internet and did not have to go do other stuff elsewhere.

I can now Email a major message and it literally goes out to many people worldwide. Plus, I took a key course called Writing for Publication at Sac City College. However, I see the value of direct personal contact when dealing with people.

It is a moving balance between being online networking with people, being offline relating to people directly in different settings, then, addressing groups of people 'live and in living color'. Balance is in movment, not simple stillness on a high wire. Plus, we all need to spend more time in study, prayer and soulful meditation.

I have a little webcam, a earphones and microphone for when I am on the Net, a digital camera, a cassette recorder for audiio recording and a small portable recorder from which I can upload audio recordings onto the Internet. I do NOT have an actual video camera.

Plus, I want to be a Contributor to the One-Step Blog. Have you experimented with it much? I have a lot of blogs now for different reasons. Remember to save your blog template before you start messing with it.

With our blogs, we can start documenting, photographing and developing stuff and any potential investor/supporter can check it out. If you watch CNN Cable you can see how powerful UTUBE has become. A lot of stuff on the Internet advances exponentially! This is important for us to grasp. It is not mere math-addition or even only multiplying. It grows in terms of numbers or powers multiplied by themselves. Does this make sense to you?

I suspect that many hundreds of other people, at least, are attempting to do the exact same things we are, that is, coming together to help create housing for poor homeless people, but many others who are trying to set up such housing opportunities do not have the exact kind of chemistry we do, noble intentions free of greed, and single-mindedness we need. If so, we will meet them UP THE ROAD!

We need to set up a successful track record that has certain positive elements, especially a no-nonsense 'sane and sober' set of houses that is adminstered and managed by professional or semi-pros. We are influencing people's real lives during especially tender moments in their lives. Many of them situationally suffer from a form of PTSD.

We have barely scratched the potential power of the Internet. Just go an IM from Roberto.. a while ago... but I guess he is offline right now. I need to do some stuff here right now. Hope to see you all soon.

P.S. We all need to be writng more than we do or creating other forms of communications, especially to reach out to others. So much or what we write in little Emails should be compiled in text form for building on. Eventually we need to create a solid educational curriculum on different key subjects: humane development, sex education, communication skills, physical fitness etc.

P.S.S. Walter will be getting a cell phone before the first of August. I am trying to drag him into the Millenium, but he has an old-fashioned streak that I suppose suits him well in these unstable times for many in different ways..

P.S.S. I told Walter to write a basic Job Description for an Overseer. The key word is smooth!

Let us not confuse roles. Walter is better as an Overseer, especially because of the experience. GI Joe and Jennifer was the actual Property Managers as they are the ones with the financial investment involved. I have a wealth of ideas and spiritual insights. Each of us bring what we have to the table, especially the residents.
