I'm here in Laredo , Texas de Aztlan and presently conducting a Documentary about the first Barrio here in Laredo . The Barrio is called " El Ranchero " in which it was the first Barrio after the land was used for Grazing , Cultivation and farming . Today it's a thriving old neighborhood .Full of History especially when the Texas Rangers would kill the Cuidadanos if they refuse to get vaccinated during the 1900 and again during the 1930 .
