I slept pretty good last night and woke up around 5:30 AM. Actually it is the quality of stuff in life that usually matters more than just the mere quantity and that includes sleep, as well as sobriety.

Well I am pretty much ready to leave in a bit. I did my usual morning rituals and will strive to progress more each day in my life. I got my Kaiser Coverage from work yet still need to make a doctor's appointment for a general physical, see about getting some new glasses and much needed dental work.
I will try to post more later as this Daily Journal is beginning to have more much needed therapeutic value for me. c/s

We had our usual morning workshops at work. I will half-joke and now consider my job at Sally's my 'odd job'. I mainly want to focus on my writing and know very well that it is a solitary existence when one is actually doing what a writer is suppose to be doing, simply writing. Just like many other ventures and occupations in life it is practica that makes a professional. Thus, it does not take a brain surgeon to figure out that a creative writer must be about writing.
