This Sunday was a good day. I consider a day without any major problems or drama trauma as a good day. I ate well, shared with others and has a good CASA 12-Steps Meeting at the local Salvation Army AKA: Camp Chaos. I really feel that I help their when I facilitate a 12-Steps Meeting, break it down so those in attendance understand and help encourage others to think well of themselves. Self-esteem is extremely important in life and in all our relations.
Come what may I will always appreciate my times of peace, serenity and solitude here in the Aztlan Sanctuary that has been created with a humane loving consciousness. I live like a Spartan and that suits my personality. So many people have so much stuff, so many material possessions that those objects can turn around and possess them to the point where they forget that they are not the objects in their possessions. I believe that we are ultimately spiritual beings encased in a physical body with a mind that is capable of comprehending the vastness of the external world that exists outside our minds and the vast cosmos from here and yonder!
