@6:30 AM ~ I still woke up early but did not sleep well. I went to bed late, then after awhile I started getting cramps mainly in my right instep. I get these every now and then. It may be due to my lack of drinking regular water. So I am a bit sleepy. Nevertheless, I want to get up early and have the luxury of taking a nap later if I want.

@11:36 AM ~ Thank God I finally had the Dehumidifier taken out! The truth is my little room is like a cell, every space in it is valuable. When I eventually move out of here into a bigger place I can call home I am going to be a lot more 'space aware'.

Much of the so-called New Age Movement is a fantasy distraction from genuine spirituality. Search deep and wide for Ancient Wisdom.

6/3/2013 ~ Whether we are citizens or not, we are human beings of Mother Earth. Are we getting use to these killings of Black human people by Gestapo police?

It should be mandatory for all local police officers to take a Humane Relations course. We need to remember the idea of COMMUNITY CONTROL OF THE POLICE. Plus, those armed police officers who work in a given community must be from that community to make them more sensitive and accountable to the people! @Peta_de_Aztlan

@10:36 AM ~ I got up around 9:15 AM. I often do not sleep well, waking up from dreams or maybe noises around me, including folks out in the hall. I just took my shower, will get dressed, go out for cafe and smell the day.

@9:00 AM ~ Slept pretty well. I went and bought two cups of cafe. Sometimes I get so caught up in stuff I come across online that the day quickly becomes the afternoon, then the evening and then the night falls.

@4:36 PM ~ I finally made it to my Medical Appointment with Quest Disanostics at 1020 29th Street. Afterwards I went by Grocery Outlet for some viddles. It is hot outside now.

Comment: The above is a great article that will probably get overlooked by many in the flood of news and information coming out via the Internet. It is good that we have a good definition and understanding of what is 'asymmetric warfare' in today's hostile world with loaded words.

The major forces at war today are the forces of liberation and the forces of repression. Each of us must decide which side we are on or risk being shot in a crossfire as we sit on the fence. I agree with Ms. Rogers that we need to define our terms on occasion. It is hard to be on the same page when we are not even in the same library.

We utilize the power of the word, the image and emotion to communicate to others and convince them of the humaneness of our various positions on matters. Words are relative symbols we use to exchange ideas and ideals.

@9:36 PM ~ I just woke up from a little nap. I imagine no one but I is aware of how much time, effort and focus it takes to do this little Spiritual Journal but this crazy Chicano. I often need to go behind the surface seen here and clean up the HTML codes behind it all. Keep in mind I have an OCD tendency to better understand the point here. Nonetheless, it helps to keep me on track, it is good for my mental health and helps to keep oil in my creative typing skills.

@11:21 AM ~ I did not sleep well again. Between here and death, I hope to move out of this place I call 'my bunker'. I can be a light sleeper. These pesty mice that are around here make little noises rumbling through stuff that wakes me up. I confess I want them gone or dead!

Oh well. Such is life in the fascinating world of @Peta_de_Aztlan! I am going to practice with verbalizing stuff as I am typing it in the hopes of making it all more coherent to myself and others who may across this little blog.

@9:42 PM ~ Our CASA 12-Steps Meeting went well. I often need to repeat the basics of progressive recovery from drug addiction, but I become more defined and refined in the process of it all.

Our fascist foes are doomed to defeat ~they fail to fully fathom that our striving for liberty is spiritual in nature, not technical. Connected reality in the cosmos is mostly constituted as space ~both in our space and the inner space within each of us as a humane entity.

The forces of liberation occupy the spaces of pure love, empathy for those who suffer and dwell in the spaces where dreams that come true are made. Those who think of liberty merely in terms of external physical manifestations fail to feel the powerful spiritual forces that operate in the world. Thirst and hunger come from within our collective communal beingness.

As the Panthers use to say, "The spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."

We need to evolve from being human animals always in need into being genuine humane beings dedicated to the salvation of the endangered human family. Helping others helps us on both communal and individual levels.

@11:40 AM ~ I slept pretty good. It is another day for me here typing in my bunker, trying to make sense of life on planet Earth. I need to remember that I only set a partial view of the world from where I sit. There is so much going on we cannot be fully aware of, but people in general seem to be apathetic about Global News unless it affects them on a personal existential level. There is a great lack of love among people who live in constant fear, stress and anxiety.

@12:49 PM ~ Bad News! I just found out that my Amigo Joe Mesce died. I guess he was found this morning. He had prostrate cancer. He was had gone for chemo treatments, was done with that and we thought he was doing better. I am his Emergency Contact and he really did not have any direct blood family in Sacramento, they are back east. He was a good brother. RIP Joe!

The Kitchen across the hall is locked and has not yet been repaired from the stuff a crew did after our little Leak from the 5th Floor. Most of the folks here are so passive, apathetic and seem not to be into any kind of unity here as residents.

@3:11 PM ~ I had some cereal with a banana and milk earlier. Now I am hungry again. I might check out using a kitchen on another floor. Our little kitchen here is still locked..

@11:33 AM ~ It is another day 'on the Net'. I had my cafe trio. I guess I should shower up and have a bit to eat. We still do not have a functional kitchen down here and the door to it is still locked up. I will make do as I usually do.

@4:00 PM ~ I had Dunch at Burger Inn earlier for a kind of treat. I think I will fool around here for a bit then take my afternoon catnap. 

@11:56 PM ~ Last entry for this first half of the month of June. The days pass swiftly, time is a kind of tyrant. There is always much to be done, but I am becoming more at peace within my soul, though the world is at war in so many places, in so many dimensions. Nada mas ahora!

Let us pray we are patient with others. Each tree and flower takes its own time to grow. Just water your garden.

@DrGlenBarry ~ I greatly appreciate the above article. It expresses a lot of the thoughts and feelings I have had for a long time.

Nowadays time itself becomes more relevant if we are to raise a strong revolutionary mass consciousness of what is to be done, especially now that we have the powerful tool of Internet Power (a power that can easily be taken away with the flick of a switch by Evil Ones in control of an Evil Empire spearheaded by U.S. Fascism).

Trust and believe, it is naive to hope for the repeal of the Patriot Act. The #RedLine for authoritarian fascism was crossed decades ago, possibly during the F.D. Roosevelt Administration. As Mussolini knew, fascism involves the seizure of state power and its agencies by corporativism. This already happened via a corporate coup d'etat long ago.

The grand strategic goal must be no less than Global Revolution via a form of democratic socialism, not mere reform of a bankrupt broken system.
