@10:33 PM ~ We had a tiny CASA 12-Steps Meeting. At first it was just a Brother Randy who had been in ICP and is now in a Regular Dorm and I. Later on, Brother Scott showed up. I do not mind, in fact, I did a little Counseling and Case Managing in my own way, which was cool. So many service providers are in such a stressful rush due to staff-overload that they do not take the time and/or have the intelligence to explain matters properly to clients/patients.

"Last Hours" is the first in a series of short films that explore the perils of climate change and the solutions to avert climate disaster. Each subsequent film will highlight fact-based challenges facing the human race, and offer solutions to ameliorate these crises. The initial short film series will culminate in a feature film to be presented prior to COP21, the 2015 UN Conference on Climate Change in Paris.
An asset for the climate change movement, "Last Hours" will be disseminated globally to awaken modern culture worldwide about the various dangers associated with climate change.
"Last Hours" describes a science-based climate scenario where a tipping point to runaway climate change is triggered by massive releases of frozen methane. Methane, a powerful greenhouse gas, has already started to percolate into the open seas and atmosphere from methane hydrate deposits beneath melting arctic ice, from the warming northern-hemisphere tundra, and from worldwide continental-shelf undersea methane clathrate pools.
Burning fossil fuels release carbon that, principally through greenhouse effect, heat the atmosphere and the seas. This is happening most rapidly at the polar extremes, and this heating has already begun the process of releasing methane. If we do not begin to significantly curtail the use of carbon-based fossil fuels, this freed methane threatens to radically accelerate the speed of global warming, potentially producing a disaster beyond the ability of the human species to adapt.
This first video is designed to awaken people to the fact that the earth has experienced five major extinctions in the deep geologic past -- times when more than half of all life on earth vanished -- and that we are now entering a sixth extinction. Industrial civilization with its production of greenhouse gases has the ability to trigger a mass extinction; in the extreme, it could threaten not just human civilization, but the very existence of human life on this planet.
The world community and global citizens urgently need to chart a path forward that greatly reduces green house gas emissions. To take action and follow the pathway to solutions to the climate crisis, you can explore this website and you can also sign-up for future updates. Thank you.

+3:30 pm Linguistic Solutions I just came back from a little walk around the hood. Went into the Cathedral for a short prayer, the gift shop was closed, then went towards the Capitol west on L Street, stopped in a Rite Aid for a bit, went by the Christian Science Reading Room, got a couple of items at the K Street Mini-Mart then came back here. Sister Lizzie was visiting and she might move back in.
Funny how sometimes certain persons get use involved and mixed up with stuff that is not really what we want. We become easily programmable. Is that the typical Amerikan #Nazi?

Let us pray we have the wisdom power and courage to express ourselves without paranoid fear.
Let us pray we keep a healthy balance between being online, offline and inline in our daily lives. Avoid harmful addictions.
Let us pray for those who have lost faith and no longer believe in the power of prayer to touch our inner souls.
Let us pray we command our immediate attention, go with the flow of life and have a clear direction where we are going.
Let us pray we seek unity with all peoples based upon our common denominators essential for actual survival.
Let us pray we are not constantly distracted by the corporate fascist agenda and do what we can to raise mass consciousness.
Let us pray for all who are caged in Amerika's concentration camps aka prisons. Free Leonard Peltier and others!
Let us pray we clearly understand and personally feel the spiritual quality of our communal struggle for liberty.
Let us pray we discover our own truth. Just because it is typed on your computer screen does not mean it true!
Let us pray we consciously do what we can to expand our personal presence on the Internet and educate to liberate all who suffer.
Let us pray we are more concerned about being true to our own personal principles than worrying about who agrees with us.

@9:32 AM ~ So far it is a mellow Saturday morning. I feel relaxed, not hyped up. My little neighbor around the hall came by for a cup of coffee this morning, we chatted a bit as she sat in her walker seat by my opened door. These rooms are so tiny and my bunker is pretty much occupied space. Still it was a good way to start the day.
Wow! I now have 2,390 Twitter Followers ~all of whom I truly appreciate. Plus, now with 115,680 TWEETS!
Let us pray we are aware of what we are doing on a continual basis and mindful that energy goes where attention goes.
@5:46 PM ~ I realize I am not as physically active as I use to be, especially compared to the times of my youth. I guess I am mentally active more these days.

@1:26 AM ~ Another night being up so late until it is morning again. Time for a little prayer, a smoke and a few hours sleep.
@9:43 AM ~ I am blessed with another day of being alive on Mother Earth. Sometimes I get little pains in my right hand, with which I use my mouse. I do need to go see my Sister Linda next week, she has carpal tunnel syndrome.
@9:00 PM ~ We had a good CASA 12-Steps Meeting this evening. Usually we take one steps at a time, read it and explain what it means to us. Today we had several people there and that main focus was on mental health and related issues.
There was a former Marine named Mary B. who was there again. I hope she can make it to the N.A. here tomorrow morning. She asked for my phone number, I do not have a working phone, so she gave me hers. We each want to have someone to talk to, so I hope we can have some good conversations in the future. I hardly even talk to someone outside of meetings these days. Most people are into such irrelevant stuff to me.

Let us pray that as we wage liberation struggles we not forget to liberate ourselves of our own character defects.

@10:40 AM ~ I went to the N.A. Meeting this morning, There was a bit of a disruption that could of gotten ugly, Eve the Chairperson stood up and could of gotten into a fight with a agitated poor guy, instead of handling it with compassion and conflict resolution skills.
Many of us have been damaged in varying degrees and in different ways. We must make allowances for those who may not have the richness of spirit that comes with a basic adherence to humane-spiritual principles.
@6:00 PM ~ Just woke up from a little dognap. I do not take my little afternoon naps like I use to before and they do help my equilibrium.

@12:36 AM ~ Made some progress today, but much remains to be done. Time for sleep.
@8:00 AM ~ I slept pretty well. I feel pretty good. I am alive, awake and aware. What more can I ask for today? I remember the mornings when I would wake up next to sweet Sheila and make deep sweet love to her to start my days. Memories can be nice!

Let us pray we exhaust peaceful methods of struggle against Corporate Fascism, yet not be under any liberal pacifist illusions.
