@12:19 AM ~ Cool. I finally got around to using Skype and called my Sister Linda, then left a Message for Geri. I am so smart sometimes I can be just plain dumb. I have had this communication capacity for a long time, had $10.00 in my Skype account, but have not even used it until today.
@1:47 PM ~ The Clown Carmen at the front desk here at the Shasta Hotel has given me a resentment. She threw my stuff I had in the shower away that I had left there are I took a shower this morning. My shampoo, soap, washcloth and two t-shirts I had there have been thrown away. I told her I had a resentment. She is on Notice! I am about the only one who ever even takes a shower there!!
More bad news. My neighbor next door to me is moving out. He was over his sister's, had a seizure and came to in the hospital. He has a brain tumor and needs an operation. He said he had one before when he was 12-years old. I got a phone number for him.
@11:02 PM ~ It was a little bit of a stressful day. I learned more about forgiveness in order not to be raging with resentment. Tomorrow I am planning to go see my Sister Linda and I hope I will be able to see my Dad aka Pops!

Comment: @ChickADD44 Appreciate this post. Will share. A few years back I self-diagnosed myself as bipolar, studied the symptoms and had my diagnosis confirmed. I am on SSI Disability, which works for me for now.
Actually I have more of a ADHD tendency. I do not consider it an on-going Disorder, but rather a ‘tendency’ of mine. I shy away from psychiatric labels, esp. because of my past history. + I have an OCD tendency, esp. in the form of a kind of perfectionism which can drive me manic!
It’s complicated.

@7 AM ~ I woke up a few times during the night. A couple of ass-o's were talking and making noise in the kitchen close to 1 AM. Some folks here are so inconsiderate. I did not go out and bark at them as I know I was already in a foul mood. I plan to go over Sister Linda's place today and hopefully see my Dad.
@3:15 PM ~ I finally made it over at Sister Linda's and had a good memorable time. Apparently my Dad goes out and about with Chris on a routine basis these days. I will need to actually set up an appointment with him. Plus, Linda gave me some more foodstuffs which will be of great help. Plus, Frank and Lin treated me to lunch at Burger King for which I am so grateful. It is the little things that count.
Ahh, the seemingly simple stuff and events I use to take so so much for granted. Lord give me the strength of grace!

@6:24 AM ~ I woke up with a need to do more research, more reflection and more investigation of 'stuff'.
I need to pay attention to what I am doing with my time, energy and focus, not get all scattered out, especially when I am on the Internet with so many available resources that can also be dumb distractions.
@11:48 PM ~ I had a pretty mellow day. Need to pay my Internet Bill tomorrow if I can if they are open, if not Monday. At least I have the money.
I pigged out and made a big meal for myself of chorizo & eggs with tortillas. A nice good fattening Mexican meal for a bachelor {though to be honest, I am still technically married and do not usually think of myself as a bachelor}. Nada mas ahora!

My light bulb on my little lamp burned out first thing when I tried to put it on, but I had an extra one. Might go get more today. Those are transition points to me. I know I am 'poco loco'.
@5:44 PM ~ Just came inside. I had a street conversation with Sister Rose (former lover of my former best friend Miguel Huerta). A lot of water has gone under the bridges. She brought back into mind some deep memories. Funny how we change, develop and evolve in different directions over the years.

@9:30 AM ~ I am alive and well. I have gone so far, yet still have far to go before the deep sleep of death before I venture to the Other Side. May the powers of loving goodness keep me in a state-of-grace.
@10:03 PM ~ We had a pretty good CASA Meeting this evening with about a dozen or so people. We had one Black elder from Oak Park with 23 years of sobriety, his niece is a client at the shelter. Maybe he will chair next week, if he shows up. Many people come and go. I might see someone then next see him or her again. That's life. We will see what happens next Sunday.

Once upon a time, on what seems like a galaxy far far away, the Black Panther Party was the premier Vanguard Party for the people, especially Black People. They taught many that power grows out of the barrel of a gun, but is not the gun. They advocated All Power to the People!

@7:25 AM ~ I slept pretty well. As usual, I quickly forget my dreams from being asleep once I awaken, but I seemed to be posting too. Not unusual.
We are already going into November come tomorrow. I have learned a lot just studying in the private solitude of my bunker, though I imagine I need to go out and interact with folks around me more. Many folks right around me I find so boring, into trivial pursuits and are not interested in the political-social matters that I am interested in. I keep working on my own Spiritual growth and Mental enlightenment. I follow a path with heart.
@6:47 PM ~ Tomorrow is the new month of November, a new fresh start, a new opportunity to move and progress forward.
