@ 7:50 AM ~ It is a new month today. My birthday is coming up on November 15th and I will be 61 Earth-years. I feel pretty good about the aging process and am pleased about how 'well preserved' I am. I know I have had some influence on the world. At this point I am working more on what I call my Inner Liberation. I have learned to take my time. to be in my being, to do stuff more slowly and to be conscious of my being. I am who I am and know what I must do.
@ 9:50 AM ~ My room is in what I consider a small bunker at the Shasta Hotel in the heart of Sacramento. It is out back behind the front lobby entrance on the first floor where there are only four of us residents here. Thus, it is usually pretty quiet other than folks using the kitchen area right across the hall from my door. Unfortunately, it is the only microwave and oven accessible to all residents here, though it is not usually used much by others as I imagine they have other devices.

@ 11:21 PM ~ I finally made it over to Geri's today, this afternoon. I told her I would go over there early on my birthday, she is going to make me tacos! She knows that is my favorite. I got our Voting Ballots in endevelopes but was not able to submit them at the County Administration Building befure it was too late in the day.Thus, that will be my big mission for tomorrow. I hope it all goes relatively smoothly. Nada mas ahora!

@11:37 AM ~ I woke up late, woke up a few times during the night, little mouse in my room somewhere. I have a tall frame black metal stand where I have stuff and a little mouse had been nibbling at a little tub of noodles it had nibbled into. I should not be too squeamish about it. I know they are dealing with big rats in the ghettos of New York, so far be it from me to complain.
At 7 PM this Sunday I have an OPEN CASA 12-Steps Meeting at the local Salvation Army at 1200 North B Street in Sacramento, California.
@ 6:05 PM ~ Just got out of the A.A. Meeting here at the Shasta Hotel. Funny, I remembered that last week I got it set up so a Brother who has also been a Drug Counselor is going to do the CASA Meeting this evenng. So I was ready to go when I remembered. Memory can be tricky sometimes for me.

@ 11:40 AM ~Sometimes I just feel I am in a different time zone compared to others.
@ 6:14 PM ~ Back in my bunker. I just back from Rite-Aid, picked up my new batch of Seroquel, went to K Street Mini-Mart and here I am. At Rite-Aid I ran into a former Client Dan T. who thanks me for being of help to him in his life. He has a job, a place and clear eyes. I only realized after I was laid-off from the Salvation Army how much of a help I was to so many people. It is a humbling experience. Many times we just need someone to help guide us, care about us and point out a direction for us in life. Amen!

I am now officially or actually 61 Earth years!
I plan to go over Sister Geri's place later this afternoon and she is going to make me a taco dinner! I do love her so and she is my old love and treasured sister. She probably understand me more than just about anyone else alive and if she does not fully understand me she accepts me as I am.
I took my meds already= 2 MG of Seroquel + my Melatonin. I am feeling sleepy already.
There is so much more I want to seaarch and research. At least to help satisfy my own curiosity.

@ 7:43 PM ~ I had a good day. I made it over to Geri's and had a great taco dinner with her and Rick. She is truly my oldest and dearest friend. Who would of thought after all the insanity we went through together that we would still be good close friends. She is as close to me as I allow anyone to get these days. I do love her and she is my old love. If we would of straighten up when we were younger we could of been better parents for the children. Thank God they all turned out to be good survivors! I do worry about Ricky and how he will cope aftr his Mom passes on to the other side of this life, yonder!

Let us pray we are mindful of the need for a creative flexible balance in our lives as beings in the mind-body-soul trinity.
Let us pray we are motivated to do good deeds because of our own Inner Love for ourselves, not because of guilt trips by others.
Let us pray we see that the bulk of both our problems and their solutions are to be found within our own Inner Beings.
Let us pray we see in the clarify of cosmic consciousness that much of what needs to be transformed in the world is within us.
Let us pray that as we are aware of global news and current events that we also generate news in our own personal lives.
Let us pray for the people of Gaza and all who suffer because of the insanity of war based upon greed, fear and insecurity.
Let us pray for the Freedom of Leonard Peltier and that President Obama has the sanity to allow him to live out his life with family.
